Rajatdeep Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason as per terms and conditions mentioned below, we will replace the product if reported within 2 days of receiving the product from the delivery date with original packing.
Terms & Condition:
1. All Replacement for all damage/defect/Qty issue are eligible within 2 Days from Delivery.
2. The product should not be used on regular basis.
3. All Replacement will be processed after the quality check is cleared.
4. Any product for replacement that shows improper use or physical damaged/torn out box, missing manuals, parts, and accessories will not be replaced and will be returned back to the buyer without rendering a reason.
5. Door Step Warranty services will be provided on limited products and only in major cities & not remote areas.
Note: RD team has right to accept or reject the request on a case to case basis depending upon the reason or cause shared by the customer.
